You may already be a practitioner supporting the healing of others, or someone new to this space. A Guide helps others find their own awakening and supports everyone to remember their sovereignty and truth. Awareness changes everything — empowering others to become aware is a rare gift, and truly fulfilling.
The pathway is open to those who hear the call.

A Crystalign Guide holds space for others and takes them through the Crystalign Spine process.
The work happens in sessions — in-person and online, one-on-one and in small groups. You walk alongside the people you're working with: helping them recognize patterns, deepening their awareness, holding presence while they move through what's there.
It's holding the space so they can do their own work with confidence — and meeting them with presence on the path you've walked yourself.
There's no room for heroes or agendas in the New Earth. Just Guides.

The training adds to what you're already doing; Crystalign Spine can sit alongside your existing modality — adding value, effortlessness and impact.
For seekers without a current practice
Hearing the call to hold space?
You don't have to be a practitioner already. What matters is your relationship with the work and your willingness to walk it deeply enough to share it. Anyone who feels called to hold space for others is welcome — no experience necessary. Just an awareness of the call to help Anchor the New Earth for all.

The training unfolds across three stages. Each is its own program. Each can be entered when you're ready.
Align
Align
Stage 1 · Foundation
Align teaches the full behind-the-scenes connection to Crystalign Spine. Understand the process and feel confident taking yourself through one pattern at a time. By the end of Align, you have the depth of work needed to start sitting with others — you'll feel the effortless energy shift possible in a session, and be confident getting there.
Ascend
Ascend
Stage 2 · Guide-grade
Ascend takes the process into its full depth — Multiple Pattern Process, Integration. The higher skills the app itself recommends to use the Align process with confidence can be learned here. Ready to confidently guide others. This is the training to help you be ready.

Stage 3 · Holding space
Additional stand-alone trainings will be offered. These courses will help you deepen your practice and feel supported as you work with others and grow as a Guide.
What's coming
When the Crystalign Guide pathway is fully open, Guides will be publicly listed in the Crystalign Directory — so people looking for sessions can find you.
The Directory isn't live yet; it's part of what's coming as the Collective grows.
