By signing up for a Crystalign Guide program, creating an account, or using our website and services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't proceed with sign-up or purchase. We're "Crystalign Guide" or "we" / "us" / "our"; you are "you" / "your".

You need to be 18 or older to purchase a program or hold a member account. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian needs to sign up on your behalf and accept these terms.

Your membership grants you access to the program or programs you've purchased — including the lessons, audios, downloads, and any group calls or live components that are part of that program. Access is personal and non-transferable: it's tied to your account and intended for your own use.

Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise noted. Payment is taken at the time of purchase by our payment processor.

• Refund window: we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase, no questions asked.
• How to request a refund: email us at the address at the bottom of this page with your order number.
• After the refund window: refunds outside the window are at our discretion and considered case-by-case.
• Subscriptions: annual subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

If you share anything inside the program — comments, reflections, questions in group calls — you keep ownership of what you've shared. By posting in shared spaces (community forums, group calls) you grant other members and Crystalign Guide a license to read and respond to what you've posted in that context.

All the program material — lessons, audios, videos, downloads, written content — is owned by Crystalign Guide or licensed to us. You're licensed to use it for your own personal practice as part of your membership. You're not licensed to copy it, sell it, redistribute it, or use it to build a competing program.

Crystalign Guide is a personal-growth practice. Our material is educational and reflective in nature. It's not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. If you're navigating a serious health, mental-health, financial, or legal situation, please consult a qualified professional.

To the extent permitted by law, Crystalign Guide isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our programs or website. Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction is to request a refund within the refund window.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the "last updated" date at the top of the page will change. For material changes, we'll let you know by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Victoria unless otherwise required by law.
