Crystalign Guide is a personal-growth practice run by Jayne Embodenham. When we say "we", "us", or "our", we mean Crystalign Guide. When we say "you" or "your", we mean the person reading this — whether you've signed up as a member, joined a waitlist, browsed our site, or contacted us directly.

Your data lives in our customer-relationship platform (Ontraport) and our payment processor. Both are reputable providers with their own privacy and security practices. You have the right to ask us what information we hold about you, to ask for it to be updated, and to ask for it to be deleted. You can do any of these by writing to us at the email address below — we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Our website uses a small number of cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and help us understand how the site is being used. You can disable cookies in your browser if you prefer — some parts of the site may not work as smoothly if you do.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the "last updated" date at the top of the page will change. For material changes, we'll let you know by email.
